Our C.O.S. (Constructed Off-Site) Exterior Laboratory buildings are
made with steel frames, concrete floors and other non-combustible
materials to provide strength, durability, and
safety. Sound design provides you with safety, our ability to customize
provides you with convenience. Our industry-leading
design team incorporates experience, knowledge, and quality to build
the most durable, most safe, and user-friendly laboratories.
 Customization
is a large factor in our design process. Choices range from
interior and exterior finishes to equipment needs to time of
delivery. CPM LABFAB, Inc. can fulfill all of these laboratory needs
at virtually any square footage size.
All buildings are completely constructed and all main systems are
tested in our plant prior to shipping. Depending on the size
of your laboratory, the building may be constructed in modules to
facilitate delivery to the installation site. Some benefits of
